      • JIRA, Trello
  • COTS software integrations with external integration partners worldwide
    • Europe-America-India/onsite analysis-offshore development/Fixed Price and Time & Material Contracts
    • Projects with Java development, API development and integrations over ESB
  • Management of roll out plans for new solutions & organization towards 500+ end users
  • Staffing and management of globally distributed project teams (10-150 people)
  • Coaching of project teams (8-12 people) towards self organization
